Fight Fit Bootcamp

Looking for a high-energy workout that pushes fitness to the next level? Our Fight Fit Bootcamp classes combine the intensity of combat sports with the fun of dynamic conditioning. Sessions include:

  • Boxing & Kickboxing pad work to build striking skills and endurance
  • Functional movement drills to improve strength, agility, and coordination
  • Traditional circuit training for a full-body fitness blast

Class times:

  • Monday & Wednesday: 12 noon
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 6 am

These sessions are designed to be fun, active, and challenging — perfect for anyone wanting to smash their fitness goals while learning combat-inspired training methods.
