Little Gladiators (5–6 Years)

Our Little Gladiators program is designed to give young kids a strong start in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while keeping training fun, engaging, and age-appropriate. Classes focus on:

• Fundamental Jiu-Jitsu movements to build coordination and confidence
• Sports Jiu Jitsu basics, including scoring and simple submissions
• Body awareness and positioning to help kids understand movement and control

Class times:

• Monday & Wednesday: 4 pm – 5 pm

Fees: $200 per school term

This program helps children develop discipline, fitness, and problem-solving skills while preparing them for the next stages of their Jiu-Jitsu journey.
